Recent Projects:

2011 – ‘Chordae Tendineae’ – commissioned collaboration with Nicole Zaaroura as artists in residence; St Mary in the Castle. An installation of salt in the crypt alcoves using cast iron air vents as stencils.  A response to the space and it’s history exploring themes between mind and body, breath and life.

2011 – ‘Twitten’ – commission for the Battle Art Trail, supported by Arts Council England and sponsored by AHA Architects. An intervention in a public space of a walkway between High Street and car park, Battle.  Aimed at drawing attention to the unnoticed and overlooked aspects of our public spaces, ‘Twitten’ is an intervention to be engaged with, reflecting what is already there.

2011 – ‘Cave’ – a 6 month case study/residency at Arthur Green’s, a space beyond the back of the shop built into the cliff face.  A time capsule of detritus.  Time was spent sitting, listening, sorting and documenting the space.

2010 – Waiting for the Bus - Brighton Photo Fringe Festival.  An installation of digital images in bus shelters throughout Hastings and St Leonards. A participative element was incorporated in the website, inviting community inclusion.  The work explored themes of waiting and the overlaps between public and private spaces, internal and external places.  Supported by Stagecoach.

2009 – Reflective Space - Coastal Currents Festival.  An installation of digital images in seafront shelters along the coastline from Hastings Old Town to Bexhill, East Sussex.  Re-creating the views through the perspex panels, capturing moments in time and highlighting the spaces used to contemplate and gaze out to sea.
